Returns Policy (28 Days)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you may return your item(s) within 28 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:

• Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive items
• Accessories (unless faulty)
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Limited edition or final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected
• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or item where stock is available. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
